Fortune Cookie Project

I'm taking Illustration I this semester and its been pretty rewarding so far. We were given a fortune cookie for our last project. We were to illustrate the fortune into a greeting card. Mine was "You will attend an unusual party and meet someone important." My first thought was to illustrate the time that I went to a Halloween party at Third Man and Elvira asked me if I wanted to use her makeup. But I decided against that idea, its was too personal. So I searched "important people" on google to see what they would throw at me. I got Obama, Einstein, Gandhi, Oprah, etc. I started doodling their faces and added Micheal Jackson and an alien, then did some water coloring. Done.
