Calligram, Split and Twisted, and Mermaid Hair

Okay, so I had to make a Calligram for my typography class. A calligram is an image made out of letters/words. We have to do one every two weeks and they have to be related to each other. So I chose to do a series of Dylan Thomas poems, or as much of them as I can fit into an image. Here is the first one, "Do not go gentle into that good night."

Split and Twisted! Its the student Graphic Design show at Watkins, and two of my illustrations were chosen for it! Go check it out, its up until the 23 or something.  I took a photo with my phone this morning when I found out about it:

And last, but not least, I'm working on a collage for illustration class, which I will hopefully be able to post up tonight. But I got real mermaid hair for it!
